NHB Recruitment selection procedure will be done in two stages i.e.
1>.Online Examination
2>.Interview
Online Examination will consist of both Objective and Descriptive Tests . Objective test consists of 4 sections, 155 Questions, 200 Marks and 3 hours time duration.Details NHB Online Exam Structure is given below.
Descriptive Test contains 25 marks and having sections Letter writing and Essay. Total 30 minutes is allotted for Descriptive Test . Descriptive test if of qualifying nature and candidates have to secure minimum score in the descriptive test.

A Category wise merit list will b prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the objective test.No of candidates shortlisted for interview will be published on NHB website.Interview will be conducted at NHB head office only.Total Marks allotted for interview is 50.The weightage ratio of Online Examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively. A candidate should qualify both in the online examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to make into the Finale Selection List.
